HOPS Membership is offered by HOPS directly and via Provider. Membership is optional. Membership includes insurance £25’000 to cover repatriation and £2’000’000 personal liability, the HOPS Touchdown Ready pack which gives you access to shopping discounts and special offers and other members benefits delivered in the Members Area on the HOPS website. As a HOPS member you can take place in games and competitions and have fun while working in UK.

Non HOPS Members must equip themselves with their own insurance to cover £25’000 Repatriation and £2’000’000 personal liability as a minimum and provide translated evidence of purchase with their application. No fee is payable to HOPS or BULIBC for this as the applicant pays the insurance company directly. It is compulsory to have suitable insurance.

Application Assistance Pack (AAP). This pack is optional and is designed to facilitate SAWS participants and help them provide correct documents in order to meet the criteria for fast processing of documents. The Pack includes input information in documents, verification of the form and supporting documents, and the translation of documents.

Logistic Services Pack (LSP). This Pack is optional and is designed to facilitate SAWS participants and guarantee that all documents will be send by a specialised courier service e.g. TNT, DHL or FedEx. Secure local address for receiving documents from HOPS or farms.

Bank Transfer Pack (BTP). This Pack is optional and is designed to facilitate SAWS participants to transfer secure and correct fees to UK. It also provides explanation to domestic and UK bank services and advice which domestic banks offer the lowest fees for transfers to/from UK.

6.
|
Support Pack (SP). This Pack is optional and is designed to provide assistance to applicants, workers and their family members during the work placement. Telephone helpline number is provided to contact if required, forwarding of applicants post and assistance with other non-work related problems. Translation of any documents or forms that participants need to submit to HOPS.

7.
|
Travel Assistance Pack (TAP). This Pack is optional and is designed to facilitate SAWS participants by providing access to special rates for flexible travel tickets to the UK covering one free alternation and assistance for travel arrangements to the farm and informing the farm of the confirmed arrival date and travel preparation meetings.
