1.	HOPS Membership is offered by HOPS directly and via the Agency. Membership is optional. Membership includes Repatriation insurance, the HOPS Touchdown Ready pack and other members benefits delivered in the Members Area on the HOPS website.	£39	at the exchange rate on the date of payment
2.	Non HOPS Members must equip themselves with their own insurance to cover £25’000 Repatriation and £2’000’000 personal liability as a minimum and provide translated evidence of purchase with their application. No fee is payable to HOPS or the Agency for this as the applicant pays the insurance company directly. It is compulsory to have suitable insurance and provide evidence with the HOPS application. 3.	Application Assistance Pack (AAP) is provided by the Agency. The Pack is optional. The Pack includes assistance with completion of the HOPS application form, verification of the form and supporting documents, bank transfer of fees payable, secure postage of the application form and supporting papers to HOPS and all translation requirements.	£20	104
5.	Support Pack (SP) is provided by the Agency and HOPS. The Pack is optional. The Pack includes assistance to applicants, workers and their family members during the work placement. Telephone helpline number is provided to contact if required, forwarding of applicants post and assistance with other non work related problems.	£20	104
